Desired Structure
- As problems arise dorm residents report them to the dorm council
reps.
- With the information dorm reps obtain from the dorm council
and quarters improvement council provide answers or direct them
to the appropriate persons for solution.
- The dorm reps act as a liaison between residents, the dorm
manager and first sergeant.
- Dorm meetings are essential.
Dorm reps should exchange input and distribute important information
through dorm meetings.
- If problems cannot be resolved on the dorm reps level dorm
reps are welcome to voice their concerns at the dorm council meeting.
