- Ministry would provide a liaison between the chaplain and the dorm residents; someone to be visible and available.
- Some dorms are still without chapel guides; the dorm ministry will establish what dorms are still in need. A roster will be made of all chapel guides.

- There have been too many cases where law enforcement personnel were called to deal with the problem.

- An idea was brought up to have a bus trip to Sacramento to visit different bars.
- Proposed event may be hard to approve; alcohol is involved, underage could not participate.
