Job Descriptions
Duties for President:
Preside over all membership meetings, Overseas each chairperson for
each committee, call special meeting as required, countersign all
minutes, prepare an agenda for each meeting.
Duties for Vice President:
Preside in the absence of the President, serve as the ex-official
head of all committees.
Duties for the Secretary:
Record and distribute minutes of each meeting, send notices of meeting
to members, and assist the President in preparing the agenda for
meetings.
Duties for Publicity Chairman:
Organizes public relations around the dorms and ensures the widest
dissemination of events, coordinates with Entertainment Chairman.
Duties for the Entertainment Chairman:
Systematizes a plan for events; coordinates with Publicity Chairman.
